Developer Todd Michael Glaser got about $14.3 million for the Sunset Islands manse he built last year.
Glaser’s TGRS LLC sold the waterfront 2305 Lake Avenue home in a transaction announced on Monday by real estate firm EWM Realty International, which arranged the sale. EWM did not disclose the buyer. Miami-Dade County has not recorded the sale.
The two-story, eight-bedroom mansion is located on about 24,000 square feet. It has eight bathrooms and a private dock.
Glaser’s sale is considered to be the most expensive for a single-family residence in Sunset Islands III and IV, according to EWM. The firm’s Esther Percal and David Solomon represented Glaser’s company in the sale.
“The uptick in sales throughout Miami Beach has been a reflection of what’s happening across South Florida in terms of high-end residential real estate transactions,” Percal said. “From domestic buyers in the U.S. to those worldwide, there is an undeniable demand to live in this area and, as a result, luxury inventory is shrinking.” — Eric Kalis
