Fort Lauderdale developers Dennis Eisinger and Jean Francois Roy are about to launch a fourth condo project in the city’s Las Olas Isles community.
Eisinger and Roy expect to close soon on the purchase of a waterfront property for a 20-unit development to be called AquaMar Las Olas. They hope to complete the project by 2016. AquaMar would join the duo’s three nearby condo developments: AquaVita, AquaLuna Las Olas and 1800 Las Olas.
All but three of AquaVita’s 22 condos are under contract, according to the Sun-Sentinel. Eisinger and Roy are slated to finish the building in February. The health enthusiasts are the first condo developers in Broward and Palm Beach counties to ban smoking inside units.
Prices for the boutique condo projects range from about $900,000 to more than $2 million. [Sun-Sentinel] — Eric Kalis
