Publix acquires Davie shopping center for $11.6M

Publix Super Markets purchased a Davie shopping center which the grocery chain currently anchors.

The Lakeland-based company paid $11.6 million for Paradise Promenade, according to the South Florida Business Journal. The 74,858-square-foot retail center was built in 2004 and was sold by Ohio-based DDRM Paradise, an affiliate of DDR Corp.
