Riviera Beach marina breaks ground

Three months after securing city approval, the $375 million Riviera Beach marina redevelopment project has broken ground.

Viking Developers will put up $336 million for the project, while the city plans to kick in the remaining $39 million. The developers have a 50-year lease to manage the marina, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
