Two New York companies traded a West Palm Beach retail center for $35 million.
A Kimco Realty Corp.-managed company sold Cross County Plaza in a transaction recorded on Tuesday, according to Palm Beach County records. Kimco built the 365,000-square-foot center at 1870 North Military Trail and 4340 Okeechobee Boulevard in 1998. Existing tenants include Kmart, Party City and Winn-Dixie.
Cross County Owner of Brooklyn is the buyer. The company received a $32.6 million loan from Cantor Commercial Real Estate Lending for the purchase. — Eric Kalis
