A Chicago developer plans to construct a large industrial complex in Hialeah Gardens.
Bridge Development Partners paid nearly $5 million for 16.6 acres on the west side of Northwest 112th Avenue north of Northwest 143rd Street in two transactions. The company intends to build 242,000 square feet of speculative industrial space on the land. The complex should be completed during the fourth quarter of 2015.
The complex would have individual spaces ranging from 25,000 to 150,000 square feet, according to the South Florida Business Journal. Cushman & Wakefield’s Wayne Ramoski and Gian Rodriguez represented Bridge in the land acquisition.
Bridge is also developing a 189,000-square-foot industrial complex in Dania Beach. [South Florida Business Journal] — Eric Kalis
