After purchasing the former Anheuser Busch Estate last week, Canadian millionaire Michael Wekerle is looking to sell his other mansion in Fort Lauderdale.
Wekerle put his home at 2430 Del Lago Drive on the market with an asking price of $10 million, according to a written statement released on Tuesday by Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Coldwell’s Tim Elmes is the listing agent. The seven-bedroom mansion has nearly 10,000 square feet of living space.
The waterfront property includes a deeded boat slip. Built in 2009, the manse has a chef’s kitchen, media room, wine cellar and wraparound terraces.
Wekerle paid $12.5 million for the Anheuser Busch Estate at 1000 Riviera Drive. The CEO of Toronto-based Difference Capital recently joined the cast of the CBC show “Dragon’s Den.” — Eric Kalis
