A pair of Palm Beach homes traded for a combined $28 million, The Real Deal has learned.
In one deal, J-Palm LLC of New York sold a residence at 101 El Mirasol for nearly $16 million in a transaction recorded on Monday, according to Palm Beach County records. The company is managed by J. Robert Small. It paid $12.5 million for the four-bedroom, 6,000-square-foot house in April 2011.
Jeffrey Blidner and Howard Carr, operating as trustees of the Joral 2014 Property Trust, are the buyers. No financing was recorded.
The two-story home was constructed in 1969. It has five full bathrooms and a swimming pool.

Elsewhere in Palm Beach, Franklyn DeMarco sold a 9,394-square-foot home at 1098 North Lake Way for about $12 million in a transaction recorded on Tuesday. DeMarco paid $572,500 for the property in 1981. David Saunders of Darien, Conn. is the buyer.
