New warehouse coming to Vista Business Park

McCraney Property Company has broken ground on a new industrial project.

The developer is constructing a 100,000-square-foot class A warehouse and distribution project in its Vista Business Park project, which is located off Okeechobee Boulevard and Jog Road in West Palm Beach. The new building will sit on Vista Lot 19.

The project is the first new construction in the business park in five years and will bring two dock-high warehouse/distribution buildings to Palm Beach County.

Spaces in the development will range from 10,000 to 100,000 square feet.
