Real estate firms join forces with new company

Two longtime South Florida real estate firms formed a new company focusing on multifamily and commercial property management.

Rivergate Companies is combining subsidiary Rivergate Management with the non-condo portfolio of KW Property Management & Consulting, according to a written statement released on Monday. The new entity, Rivergate | KW Management, has 80 employees and manages property throughout the region.

Jay Massirman is the president of Miami-based Rivergate. Paul Kaplan and Robert White are the founders and co-managing directors of KW Property Management. All three are serving as managing directors of the new company.
