Former Miami Dolphins star Bob Kuechenberg was hit with a foreclosure lawsuit involving his Fort Lauderdale home.

Bank of New York filed the complaint against Kuechenberg in Broward Circuit Court. The bank seeks to foreclose on a $538,000 mortgage secured by the longtime offensive lineman’s 2519 Southwest 30th Terrace house. The 66-year-old paid $387,000 for the property in January 2003.

When reached by Gossip Extra, Kuechenberg’s attorney Neale Poller declined comment.

Kuechenberg received the loan in 2007 and was sued by Bank of New York in 2009 for alleged non-payment of the mortgage. That case was settled. [Gossip Extra]Eric Kalis
