The Lincoln Pointe Apartments in Aventura is the “best” rental community in Miami-Dade County when it comes to satisfied residents, a new study shows.

Lincoln Pointe topped J Turner Research’s rankings of 155 apartment properties in the county, the market research firm announced on Tuesday. The complex had a final score of 73 out of 100. J Turner developed a statistical model based on the aggregation of leading apartment rating websites.

After Lincoln Pointe, Camden Doral Villas, Ludlam Point Apartments, Pepper Cove Apartments and Camden Doral ranked second through fifth in J Turner’s study. The average Miami-Dade community included in the study had a score of 41.

“Lincoln Pointe Apartments has been successful in keeping its residents happy as evident from being ranked as the best property in Miami,” J Turner president Joseph Batdorf said. “We hope that our national online reputation assessment study will initiate and accelerate a discussion on the impact of online reviews and industry best practices to earn positive feedback from apartment residents.” — Eric Kalis
