Boca medical offices trade for $14M

A Boca Raton medical office building near Florida Atlantic University changed hands for about $14 million.

Four Miami-based companies sold the 501 West Glades Road property in a transaction recorded on Friday, according to Palm Beach County records. The nearly three-acre parcel includes a 22,110-square-foot medical office building and ample room for additional construction. The selling companies paid $10.3 million for the property in September 2010.

Kireland West Glades Road Boca Raton is the buyer. The Aventura-based company is managed by Alex Kurkin.

No financing was recorded.

The building is occupied by the Boca Raton Outpatient Surgery & Laser Center. — Eric Kalis
