Palm Beach home acquired for $13M

A Palm Beach home changed hands for nearly $13 million.

Jeffrey and Nicola Marcus sold the 240 Clarke Avenue residence in a transaction recorded on Friday, according to Palm Beach County records. The couple paid about $5.9 million for the 0.41-acre property in April 2007. A four-bedroom, 7,140-square-foot home was constructed two years later.

KMC Property Holdings is the buyer. The company is registered in Delaware, which does not identify corporate principals in state records. No financing was recorded.
