Telebrands VP puts W South Beach condos on market

Businesswoman and Bollywood actress and producer Poonam Khubani is putting her W South Beach double penthouse units on the market with a combined asking price of $19.9 million.

Khubani, the vice president of infomercial and product patent firm Telebrands, is also giving buyers the option of purchasing Unit 1928 separately for $17.9 million and Unit 1926 for $2 million. The combined units total 4,300 square feet and have a direct ocean view, according to Thursday’s announcement from Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, which has the listing. Coldwell sales associate William P.D. Pierce is the listing agent.

The four-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom combined penthouse includes a maid’s quarters, media room, chef’s kitchen and four terraces totaling 800 square feet. W South Beach is located at 2201 Collins Avenue.

“It is all about the view,” Pierce said. “This combined unit has the only unobstructed views to the north, south, east and west that is currently on the market in South Beach.” — Eric Kalis
