Push up in price as Doral LA Fitness site sells for $10M

An LA Fitness location in Doral sold for nearly $10 million. The building has 37,500 square feet and located at 10055 Northwest 41st Street.

Kireland 41st Street Doral LLC — an Aventura-based company managed by Alex Kurkin — bought the Fitness location, for $9.98 million, or $226 per square foot. The company acquired the property from the St. Petersburg-based Windscape of Florida.

Windscape, led by Eugene J. Andrade, purchased the building in 2003 for $6.5 million. [South Florida Business Journal] — Claire Moses
