A company tied to Connecticut firm Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers picked up a Davie shopping center for $32.3 million.
Weston Davie Shopping Center acquired the 4410-4484 Weston Road property in a transaction recorded on Thursday, according to Broward County records. No financing was recorded. The 109,000-square-foot center was constructed in 2000.
Coral Gables-based Weston Road Shopping Center sold the property to the Cornerstone company. Firpo Garcia signed the deed as the selling company’s managing member. Weston Road paid $15.7 million for the center as part of a multi-parcel acquisition.
Tenants include Dunkin’ Donuts, Office Depot and T-Mobile. — Eric Kalis
