Miami’s Design District is getting three more high-end retail brands.

Fashion brands Helmut Lang and Theory store, as well as Italian furnishings retailer Natuzzi Italia are all set to open in the area, according to the Miami Herald.

Metro 1 announced yesterday that it has brokered retail lease agreements with the shops, totaling more than 10,000 square feet.

Theory and Helmut Lang signed a long-term lease for 5,000 square feet at 101 NE 40th Street, near where brands including Christian Louboutin, Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Fendi, Bulgari, Emilio Pucci, De Beers, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Hermes, Ermenegildo Zegna, and Burberry are already established.

The brokerage also arranged a 5,500-square-foot deal at 3800 North Miami Avenue for Natuzzi Italia. [Miami Herald]Christopher Cameron
