SLS Lux, 450-unit luxury condo and hotel building that will break ground later this year in downtown Miami, has closed $300 million is sales in 10 days as 150 reservations become contracts.
“We’re seeing buyers, especially from Latin America, extremely receptive to the SLS residences and designer suites’ model and style,” Carlos Rosso, president of condominium development at the Related Group, which is developing the building with the Allen Morris Company.
