A sleek modernist home on Miami Beach hit the market asking $15.9 million.
Built in 1941, the home, located on the waterfront in Miami’s Venetian Islands, has recently been gut renovated in a minimalist style. According to the listing, the renovation attempted to achieve a “perfect balance of European aesthetic and Balinese touches.”
The home features a rooftop terrace, bay views, fireplace, Gaggenau kitchen and 90 feet of water frontage, according to Curbed.
The pricing may be a bit ambitious, however, considering that Curbed spotted it on the market for $2 million less not even a year ago. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
