Avatar Real Estate Services announced the addition of two longtime residential brokers to the firm on Thursday.

Real estate agent Ada Maria Suarez joined Avatar’s Coconut Grove office. Suarez has worked in the Miami residential sector for more than 10 years and is a Doral market specialist.

Judy Palladino is now part of Avatar’s Miami Beach office. Palladino has 17 years of experience handling residential transactions throughout Florida. She primarily focuses on luxury and waterfront deals within the Miami Beach market.

The Fisher Island Club hotel named Jo Colonna its hotel director. Colonna previously worked for the Setai Miami Beach and W Hotel South Beach.

Marc Shandler joined the Fort Lauderdale-based real estate group of law firm Gray Robinson as a consultant. Shandler previously served as in-house counsel for several national developers and real estate investors. — Eric Kalis
