Miami Heat point guard Mario Chalmers is asking $4 million his condo on the 49th floor of the Marquis Residences.
The 5,475-square-foot duplex condo features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, ocean and bay views and a large outdoor terrace, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Tomi Rose, senior vice president of the sports and entertainment division of Opulence International Realty, has the listing.
The 67-story building is one of the tallest in Miami and was completed in 2010. Chalmers paid $2.4 million for the unit in 2012. The previous owner was the hip hop star Drake. [WSJ] – Christopher Cameron
