Cuban-American musician Willy Chirino and his wife Lissette did not wait long to find new digs after selling their Miami home last month, The Real Deal has learned.
The couple paid $2.3 million for a six-bedroom, 6,300-square-foot Pinecrest home in a transaction recorded on Tuesday, according to Miami-Dade County records. No financing was recorded. The purchase of the 12650 Southwest 87th Avenue house came on the heels of the Chirinos receiving about $4.2 million for a Bay Pointe residence.
Sellers Pedro and Mireya Gallo paid $695,000 for the property in December 2004. The six-bathroom house was constructed two years later. Features include a heated pool and spa and Koi pond.
Jorge Uribe of One Sotheby’s International Realty listed the home for sale. Willy and Lissette Chirino were represented by Hebert Reyes of Avatar Real Estate Services.
