Two neighboring office buildings on Palm Beach’s Banker’s Row are facing foreclosure.
General Electric Capital Corp. has filed a foreclosure lawsuit against FJK Properties and FJK III Properties. The suit concerns mortgages worth $7.2 million and $4 million, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
The complaint also names PJC Funding regarding a $3.2 million second mortgage.
The bank wants to seize the buildings located at 230 and 240 Royal Palm Way, which total 19,242 and 10,296 square feet. [SFBJ] – Christopher Cameron
