The mother of former tennis sensation and model Anna Kournikova got $2.4 million for her Palm Beach home, The Real Deal has learned.

Alla Kournikova sold the 211 Seabreeze Avenue residence in a transaction recorded on Wednesday, according to Palm Beach County records. She paid $2.2 million for the three-bedroom house in June 2005. The 3,000-square-foot home was originally constructed in 1925.

Gulf South REO is the buyer. The Fort Myers company is managed by Andy Garrett. No financing was recorded.

Cris Condon of Sotheby’s International Realty listed the property for sale. Carol Sollak of Engel & Völkers represented the buyer.

In July 2010, Alla Kournikova pled guilty to child neglect after leaving her then five-year-old son Allan home alone. She served three years of probation. These days, Allan Kournikova is a rising junior golfer who has won multiple tournaments.
