A Golden Beach residence changed hands for $10.6 million.
David Perez sold the eight-bedroom house at 555 Ocean Boulevard in a transaction recorded on Thursday, according to Miami-Dade County records. He paid $8.9 million for the property in November 2012.
Golden Beach 555 Corp. of Aventura is the buyer. State corporate records identify Gordon Oldham as president of the buying company. No financing was recorded.
