Developer Russell Galbut has a new Perkins+Will-designed plan for 1212 Lincoln Road.
The project will consist of two symmetrical buildings and a third residential building on the opposite side of the street, according to Curbed. Details on the buildings have not been released.
The project seems to include plenty of parking though, which Curbed suggests is “kind of horrific considering how we have got to get on top of this mass transit thing Miami Beach.”
As The Real Deal previously reported, Galbut dropped plans to build a 50-story condo tower and an adjacent three-acre public park at the entrance to South Beach after Miami Beach’s mayor refused to entertain alternative proposals for a slightly shorter tower. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
