The Doral City Council unanimously approved a new 631-unit residential development with 60,000 square feet of commercial space.
Boston-based developer the Congress Group will build Landmark South. The mixed-use project will include 420 apartments, 210 condominiums and 60,000 square feet of prime retail.
The project will also include a 5,000-square-foot gym, pet spa, toddler park, cyber café, tennis courts and a parking garage with more than 1,000 spaces.
The total project cost will be approximately $200 million dollars. – Christopher Cameron
