A 372-unit residential project in West Brickell was approved last week by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board.

Alliance Residential plans to construct Broadstone at Brickell at 267 Southwest 11th Street, about two blocks from the Brickell Metrorail station. The project would include a mix of studio apartments, one and two-bedroom units and townhomes. Alliance also wants to build a seven-story parking garage with 520 spaces.

The Urban Development Review Board’s approval is contingent on Alliance meeting several conditions, according to Miami Today. Board members asked the developer to consider a bigger loading area and craft a tree remediation plan. They also expressed concern about the vinyl screening panels designed for the parking garage.
