Blanca Commercial makes two new hires, while Cushman brings in senior portfolio manager

Blanca Commercial Real Estate added two new employees to the Miami-based brokerage and advisory services firm.

Flavia Eternod is Blanca’s new associate vice president. The former senior property manager at New Boston Fund will support the firm’s landlord agency practice and assist in strategic business development efforts.

New research and marketing director Cyvellis Vidal is tasked with providing market research, database management and business development support. Vidal was marketing manager at Miami-based Eventus Marketing before joining Blanca.

Jack McAllister is now part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Investor Services Group. As senior portfolio manager, McAllister will oversee investor services for all of South Florida and operate out of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. He previously worked at JLL.

Palmer Trinity School in Palmetto Bay hired Paul Zamek as its new associate head of school and director of real estate. Zamek has more than 20 years of real estate and development experience, most recently as founder and president of Coral Gables-based Zamek Development. — Eric Kalis
