Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest business law firms, is moving its Miami office to 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza, the firm announced.

The law firm signed a 12-year lease for the entire 35th floor of the tower, totaling 21,355 square feet. It is relocating its Miami office from One Biscayne Tower in downtown Miami.

The deal was negotiated by Daniel Mackler, Gunster shareholder and real estate practice leader, on behalf of the law firm.

“Gunster’s move to this state-of-the-art office building in the heart of Miami’s business community affirms our commitment to this rapidly growing market and its needs,” said Bill Perry, managing shareholder of Gunster, in a press release. “It also further positions us as one of the most sophisticated law firms in the Florida and will assist us as we grow our group of talented attorneys.” – Christopher Cameron
