The Edge On Brickell, a 58-story tower, launched sales of its 130 residences, a development spokesperson announced.
Construction is set to begin in 2015 on a site featuring 300 feet of Miami River frontage. It is scheduled for completion in spring 2017. Prices for the two- and three-bedroom units, as well as two-story penthouses, will range from $648,000 to more than $4 million.
The Edge On Brickell is being developed by a partnership between Mexican-born development duo Rafael Aragonés and Alberto Espinosa. Aragonés handled the project’s design.
The 631-foot building will feature a 600-foot tall illuminated glass mural – designed by renowned Dutch artist Jan Hendrix – on its façade. –Christopher Cameron
