Fort Lauderdale-based construction firm Moss & Associates was awarded the construction contract for the Plymouth Hotel and Ansonia House projects.
The historic Miami Beach hotels will undergo $14 million worth of renovations.
The project will add a floor to each hotel and fully renovate 109 guestrooms, two bars, restaurant, kitchen, lobbies, common areas and the pool. Both hotels are part of the Think Hotel Group, based in Miami, and owned by Hunter Gellin, Mark Shemel and Shawn Vardi.
