Real estate moguls Richard LeFrak and Don Peebles will give their thoughts on the booming South Florida market during The Real Deal’s South Florida Forum & Showcase on Oct. 23 at the Moore Building in the city’s Design District.

LeFrak, who is developing 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach in partnership with Starwood Capital Group, and Bath Club Estates developer Don Peebles are among a group of heavy-hitters slated to participate in one of three panel discussions at the all-day event. The developers panel also includes Fortune International Group president Edgardo Defortuna, Gold Crown Financial CEO Ron Krongold, Miami Worldcenter developer Nitin Motwani and Stephen Owens of Swire Properties, which is building Brickell City Centre.
