The final floor of the new Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort has been added, preparing the development for its summer 2015 opening.
The 17-story, 349-room hotel covers five acres at Johnson Street and A1A along the famed Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, according to the Sun-Sentinel.
Construction kicked off in August 2013, and Fort Lauderdale-based Adache Group Architects are handling the design.
The Jimmy Buffett-inspired resort will feature seven restaurants and bars, oceanside pools, a spa and fitness center and 35,000 square feet of convention space, among other amenities, according to the newspaper. [Sun-Sentinel] – Christopher Cameron
