Rick Case Automotive Group is wrapping up construction of the world’s largest Kia dealership in Sunrise, with the project reaching the top floor.

Case is investing more than $20 million in the five-floor, 260,000-square-foot store, according to the Sun-Sentinel. The store is set to open early next year.

The topping-off celebration will take place on Oct. 23 and will feature an evergreen tree placed on the building to symbolize growth and to bring luck. [Sun-Sentinel] – Christopher Cameron
