Heavy hitters in the architecture and design sectors will discuss how local projects can stand out in a competitive market during The Real Deal’s South Florida Forum & Showcase on Oct. 23 at the Moore Building in Miami’s Design District.

Arquitectonica founding principal Bernardo Fort-Brescia, YOO Studio co-founder John Hitchcox, Interiors by Steven G CEO Steven Gurowitz and Karim Rashid Inc. founder Karim Rashid are slated to participate in the discussion, which is one of three scheduled for at this exclusive all-day event. All four are involved in ongoing South Florida projects that will be on display during the showcase. More than 2,000 real estate enthusiasts and consumers are expected to check out the 30 new development sales booths and project models from Miami and New York City.
