The unsold condos in the St. Andrews former rental complex near West Palm Beach – 337 of them – were scooped up by a San Diego developer.
Pacifica West Palm, an affiliate of San Diego-based Pacifica Cos., acquired the units from St. Andrews Palm Beach and Howard D. Cohen, of Bay Harbor Islands, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
The 1991 development has 770 condos in total, ranging in size from one to three bedrooms.
The seller is affiliated with Atlantic Pacific Development, which acquired the property in 2005 for $44.1 million and undertook a major renovation. [South Florida Business Journal] — Jennifer White Karp
