An Argentinian investor purchased the Shoppes of Cooper City retail center in a $7.2 million deal.

A private Miami-based investor sold the shopping center to another private investor, said Marcus & Millichap, as cited by GlobeSt. The Shoppes are 80 percent occupied by 15 tenants, including the three largest leaseholders, New Castle Realty, Dunkin Donuts and Northwestern Management.

Adam J. Tiktin in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office had the exclusive listing. The buyer was represented by Victor Pastor of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office. [GlobeSt] – Jennifer White Karp
