The Days Inn Fort Lauderdale Hollywood/Airport South in Hollywood changed hands for $10 million.

Greensboro, N.C.-based Hollywood Lodging acquired the 114-room hotel at 2601 North 29th Avenue in a transaction recorded on Wednesday, according to Broward County records. It did not obtain financing for the purchase. The hotel was constructed in 1988.
