A penthouse unit in Consultatio’s Oceana Key Biscayne was sold for $17 million, The Real Deal has learned.

Vali Key of Miami bought Unit PH1S at the 360 Ocean Drive complex, according to Miami-Dade County records. The deal was recorded on Monday. State corporate records identify Domingo and Maria Amaro as Vali Key’s managers.

The buyers received about $9 million in financing from Sabadell United Bank. Unit details were not available in county records.

Eduardo Costantini’s firms began closings at the 142-unit complex about two months ago. Consultatio is also building the 240-unit Oceana Bal Harbour on the former site of the Bal Harbour Beach Club. It received a $332 million construction loan from a consortium of lenders led by HSBC in April.
