Two Related Group-developed residential communities in Plantation changed hands in a $52.1 million transaction, The Real Deal has learned.

T-C The Manor LLC took ownership of the Manor apartment complex at 601 Northwest 82nd Avenue and the Veranda townhomes at 501 Northwest 84th Avenue in a transaction recorded on Monday, according to Broward County records. No financing was recorded. State corporate records show T-C The Manor shares a New York mailing address with financial services giant TIAA-CREF.

Veranda II Apartments and Veranda II Townhomes transferred the properties to TIAA-CREF’s company. Both companies are linked to the Prudential Insurance Company of America.

Construction of the 181-unit Manor and 16-townhome Veranda was completed in 2013.
