A developer sees demand on the rise for modern warehouses in West Palm Beach.
Steven McCraney, CEO of McCraney Property Co., wants to build five warehouses totaling 400,000 square feet at Turnpike Business Park. A McCraney affiliate acquired the property for $14.25 million in 2007. The developer is seeking approval from the county and if the project is green lighted, construction could begin in January, according to the South Florida Business Journal.
“The demand for well-located, modern warehouse-distribution product is the best it has been in a decade,” McCraney said. [South Florida Business Journal] – Jennifer White Karp
