Pricey mansion deals close in Palm Beach County

A pair of Palm Beach County mansions sold in separate deals for a combined $28.8 million.

In the more expensive of the two transactions, Kimberly and Bruce Olson received $16.1 million for an eight-bedroom home at 11750 Turtle Beach Road in North Palm Beach, according to Palm Beach County records. They paid $7.5 million for the 0.9-acre property in April 2001. The 11,000-square-foot house was constructed in 2003.

M. Jade and Lori Reyes are the buyers of the eight-bathroom residence. No financing was recorded. Susan Callahan of Lost Tree Realty was the listing agent.

In Highland Beach, Jacura Florida Inc. sold an eight-bedroom, 15,000-square-foot mansion for $12.7 million. Teppo Uuranniemi is president of the Boca Raton-based company. Jacura paid about $2.5 million for the property in 1999.

Gad and Marlene Janay are the buyers. They did not obtain financing for the purchase. Heidi Uuranniemi of Magnum Enterprises Group was the listing agent.

The 4621 South Ocean Boulevard home was constructed in 2002.

Both deals were recorded on Monday.
