Swire Properties launched sales at Rise — a 390-unit condominium tower at Brickell City Centre.
Units in the building will be priced from $550,000 to $2.7 million and vary in size from 980 square feet to 3,200 square feet with one-to-four bedrooms, according to the Miami Herald. In June, Swire kicked off sales at Reach, its first condo tower at the mega-project, and has already sold more than 75 percent of those units.
“The product has been very, very well received,” Maile Aguila, senior vice president of sales at Swire Properties, told the newspaper.
