Berger, TCN form latest brokerage alliance

Another South Florida real estate alliance was formed when Berger Commercial Realty announced it joined TCN Worldwide, a network of more than 800 commercial real estate professionals covering at least 200 nationwide markets.

Fort Lauderdale-based Berger is an independent, privately-owned firm with three South Florida offices. In a written statement announcing the TCN partnership, company founder Lloyd Berger cited an opportunity to continue boosting the firm’s presence in the region. Berger was launched in 1998.

“We are confident this strategic alliance will result in continued growth and will help us establish new relationships nationally and internationally through TCN’s network of affiliates and professionals,” Berger said.

TCN CEO H. Ross Ford cited the “great value” partnering with Berger would bring his firm’s members within South Florida. — Eric Kalis
