Toll Brothers opening sales on Boca Raton development

A new community is opening for sales on Saturday in Boca Raton, and it’s the only new, luxury single-family estate home community in the area, its builder said.

Toll Brothers is opening Royal Palm Polo, off of Jog Road and Clint Moore Road, with floor plans ranging from 4,700 to more than 7,000 square feet, according to the Palm Beach Post.

The lowest prices on homes are in the $1 million-plus range. All 223 homes in the community with feature Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, Travertine marble tile and optional elevators, among other amenities. [Palm Beach Post] -Katherine Kallergis
