A Deerfield Beach office building and warehouse has sold for $51 million.
An affiliate of Pennsylvania-based KTR Capital Partners reportedly sold the 28.1-acre property to an Ivy Equities affiliate.
JPMorgan Chase Bank financed the deal with a $37.88 million mortgage.
Space in the Quorum Business Center is offered for lease at $12.95 per square foot, the South Florida Business Journal reported.
The 398,591-square-foot office and warehouse is located just west of Interstate-95 at 602, 674, 700, 712 and 776 South Military Trail. KTR Capital paid $37.17 million for the property in 2005.
