A Palm Beach attorney and his wife recently sold their landmarked mansion for $8.8 million.
Villa Filipponi, a 1929 estate located at 322 Clark Avenue, was listed by Emmett E. Tracy and his wife Carolyn for $10.9 million in August 2013.
A confidentiality agreement prevents both parties from discussing the sale, including the date it sold, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. The buyer’s real estate agent was reported as Gary Pohrer of K2 Realty.
