The five most expensive listings to hit Miami-Dade’s real estate market over the past week were all in Miami Beach, according to Zillow data. Here’s a look at the priciest properties.
#1 A Fisher Island condo listed for $25 million tops this week’s list. Elena Bluntzer of One Sotheby’s has the listing at 7463 Fisher Island Drive. The oceanfront penthouse comes with a “dramatic foyer with high ceilings and a sweeping terrace,” according to the listing. The 7,610-square-foot condo has five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
#2 The second-priciest listing is set at $24 million. The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom condo was sold for $5.4 million in February 2013. It’s located at 40 Palm Ave. on Miami Beach. Luxe Living Realty’s Dora Puig has the listing for the 15,320-square-foot home, which was designed by Ruiz Brito and comes with a theater, wine room and butler’s pantry.
#3 A house priced at $10.95 million ranked third this week. The 28 West San Marino Drive waterfront home has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a heated pool, Jacuzzi and private 53-foot dock. It was last sold in 2009 for $3.83 million. Thierry Pauquet of Lord Villejust Realty has this listing. It’s located on the southwest tip of San Marino Island and has 4,716 square feet of living space.
#4 Next down the pricey list is a modern 6,011-square-foot home on 440 West Dilido Drive. The six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom house has custom white oak floors and a roof deck spanning more than 1,600 square feet. Calibre International Realty’s Julian Johnston listed the property for $10.8 million.
#5 Last but hardly least is a 4,078-square-foot condo at ICON South Beach, 450 Alton Road, Apartment 1901-2, priced at $9.8 million. Adriana Pinto-Torres of Douglas Elliman has the listing for the three-bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathroom condo. The Alton Road property features an Ornare bathroom and large walk-in closets, Fendi furniture and Swarovski chandeliers.
